Products & Order

Yes. We are represented at a number of events and trade fairs in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, where you can visit us. You can find out where we are represented on our blog .

For B2B customers, there is also the possibility of on-site product demonstrations by appointment.

After placing your order, you will receive your order confirmation by email. You will receive the invoice by email as soon as your order has been released for shipping. After it has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive further information about the product and shipment tracking by email.

We currently only deliver within the DACH region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland).

Delivery & Tracking

Once we receive your order, we will take care of shipping it quickly. Your order should normally be with you within 5 working days.

Yes, you can track your order. Your shipment will be sent by Post AG and you will receive the tracking number by email.

Your products will be shipped with Post AG. You will receive an email from Post AG with the tracking number that you can use to view your delivery status. If your order takes an unusually long time, please contact us directly at hello@goonemore.at.

Shipping costs vary from country to country and therefore cannot be given as a flat rate. However, the exact shipping costs will be shown to you at checkout before you place your order.

Payment & Invoice

The following payment methods are available to pay for your order:

  • Klarna instant bank transfer

Your invoice will be sent to you by email after your purchase. If you can no longer find it, you can request a copy of the invoice by sending an email to hello@goonemore.at , stating your order details (order number & date).

The purchase amount will be credited to you within 14 days of receipt of the goods according to your payment method. You will receive a confirmation from us by email when your return has been processed.

Returns & Warranty

In accordance with your right of withdrawal, you can return the products you have ordered to us. Simply send us an email with the completed cancellation form to hello@goonemore.at . We will process it immediately.

If you want to return your order, please send us a cancellation notice. You can use the WKO form for this, for example. You can find all detailed information at goonemore.at/pages/widerruf

The costs of return shipment are to be borne by you as the customer. All common shipping service providers are available for returns. If necessary, pay attention to the amount of the insurance sum when comparing the return conditions of the shipping service providers. An unstamped return label can be requested by email to hello@goonemore.at .

In principle, the goods can be returned within the cancellation period in accordance with the right of cancellation.

If you have already used the goods beyond an unnecessary check of their quality, properties and functionality, you must pay for the loss in value of the goods in accordance with the cancellation policy . No compensation is payable if you remove the goods from the packaging and inspect them for the first time.

Please repack your products carefully in the original packaging and inform us of your return if necessary.
